RESERVATIONS - Room Rental rates

GYM RENTAL

Rental of the gym includes table, chairs and use of the kitchen. Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Renters will be responsible for all equipment and facility. If the gym is being used for basketball, all participants are expected to wear gym floor approved shoes. (NO LEATHER SOLE SHOES WHEN PLAYING BASKETBALL.) Prior WRITTEN APPROVAL is needed should renter plan on having dancing. (NOTE: NO OVERNIGHT RENTALS)

SOUTH COMMUNTY ROOM/KENTUCKY ROOM

Rental of the South End Community Room or Kentucky Room includes table, chairs and use of the kitchen prep area. South Community Room has use of a private restroom with changing table. Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Renters will be responsible for all equipment and facility.

SOUTH SHELTER

Rental of the South Shelter includes picnic tables, electric and restrooms with changing tables. Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Renters will be responsible for all equipment and facility. (Outdoor grills coming soon.)

CLASSROOM RESERVATIONS

Rental of the classroom includes tables and chairs and access to the kitchen facilities. Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Renters will be responsible for all equipment and facility.

SMALL SHELTER

Rental of the Small Shelter includes picnic tables. Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Renters will be responsible for all equipment and facility. (Outdoor grills coming soon.)

Bus Ramp Yard Sale

Rental of the Bus Ramp for Yard Sales includes the use of the bus ramp. Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Renters will be responsible for equipment and facility. (PRIOR APPROVAL IS NEEDED BEFORE HOLDING A YARD SALE.)
